Service Items
Serialized equipment under service — every unit tracked by serial number, with its service-order history. Click an item to add or modify its service orders.
How This Works
Each row is a serialized service item from P21's service_inv_mast — the equipment you service, whether you sold it (catalog item) or a competitor did (identified by make/model). The Service Orders count is that unit's history of service orders (oe_hdr.order_type = 1706).
Click Add / Modify Service Orders to open the item — you'll see every service order for that unit and can capture a new order or changes to an existing one.
